Swiss Ball Glute Bridge: This is one of the best ball exercises for glutes out there.  Lie flat on your back with your heels resting on the ball. Then proceed to push up through your glutes, resting at the top before returning to the resting position.

How to do a curtsy lunge:

1) Start from the standing position, with feet hip-width apart, and 2-5ilb dumbbells in your hand.

2) Lift the dumbbells with straight arms from the side while taking a step back with your right leg, crossing behind your left.

3) Bend both knees until your thighs are parallel with the floor; making sure to keep your back straight through the process.

4) Reverse back to the starting position, then repeat the steps with the opposite leg.

How to dumbbell deadlift:

1) Start by standing tall, feet spread a little bit wider than hip distance apart, and roll your shoulders back.

2) With a slight bend of the knees, hinge at the hips, bend over keeping a long spine, and return to the standing position.

How to do a Goblet Squat:

1) Grab a dumbbell (or kettlebell) and hold it right in front of you. Position your feet slightly wider than shoulder width.

2) Lower your body slowly, keeping the dumbbell in front of you. Keep your back erect and core tight.

3) Slowly go back up in starting position
